Stove timer for computernauts

If you are too anxious to stay even just some minutes at the side of the stove or usually have brilliant ideas for your computer job while cooking something, you need a stove with timer. It is astonishing how long it took to me to notice how useful may be this functionality, after several occurrences of burnt food and water boiling almost to dry.

It is because a close interaction between a stove and a computer may easily derive into some risky sets of concurrent activities, such as cooking and navigating on Internet, cooking and analyzing data, cooking and coding, cooking and answering emails and others alike, that is, any combination of cooking and something that takes your attention outside the kitchen.

A stove timer may bring you some peace of mind. When the moment comes, it will promptly warn you to see how things are going at the kitchen. Surely it will not be advisable to listen music loud with your earphones meanwhile. Forgetting to set the timer before going to the computer is not a best practise either. Be wise.
