Carrot and capers salad
An extremely easy-to-do dish, great for solitary hungers.
You'll need:
- a carrot
- one spoon of capers
- apple cider vinegar, olive oil and salt at taste
How to do it?
1. Wash the brime of the capers, immersing them in some recipient with water.
2. Use a vegetable peeler/slicer to peel the carrot and cut it into fine slices.
3. Put the carrot slices in a bowl and heat them for something like 15 seconds in a microwave oven.
4. Drop some vinegar, olive oil and salt on the carrot slices. Let it cool down and get some taste.
5. Take the capers from the water and sprinkle them over the slices.
Nothing easier than that. As a touch of charm, eaten with chopsticks.
